Who is living off your domain name?

In his presentation, he focused on the threat of domain shadowing attacks, a technique where the threat actors exploit the reputation of legitimate domain names for malicious activities. These activities often include phishing schemes, malware distribution, and command and control (C2) operations.

By infiltrating trusted domains, attackers can bypass traditional security measures and reach unsuspecting victims, causing significant harm to both individuals and organizations.

A highlight of the presentation was the introduction of our project, ShadowFinder. This tool is designed to empower domain registrants by enabling them to detect deviations and anomalies under their domain names.
